TAKING A BIGGER SLICE OF THE MARKET
Family-run and owned, Chevington had established its reputation as a leading manufacturer of handcrafted kosher cheeses that are readily available from local delis and the main supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado.
Beyond the UK, products were also being sold across a number of European outlets but with plans to expand further and sights set on the US and Canadian markets, new products would have to be developed to meet the growing appetite for Chevington cheeses.
Working closely with the stakeholders, the challenge was set to develop and launch a new range. Staying true to the existing and recognisable branding, the decision was made to update the logo but retain and reinforce the traditional English heritage through prominent iconography and stylised illustrations. 
As soon as the new block, sliced, flavoured, grated, soft and special edition cheeses rolled off the production line, they were parcelled up in their new branding and shipped to local and overseas outlets where they are fast becoming the go-to kosher cheeses of choice for melting, sprinkling, grilling and toasting.
